At Cancer Warrior Company, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we keep our policy simple, fair, and transparent.


No Returns or Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Or incorrect

We will make it right.

Depending on the situation, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Each order includes a confirmation email from our order tracking system:

To submit a claim:

  • Locate your order confirmation email from customer@trackorder.site

  • Open the email and select “Report a Problem”

  • Follow the prompts and upload a clear photo of the issue

This ensures your request is processed as quickly as possible.

  • Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible

  • Requests submitted after 7 days may not be approved
